  • 8 slices tomato
  • 8 slices cucumber
  • ½ cup (packed) broccoli sprouts

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread: Lightly toast the four slices of thin-sliced bread until they are just crisp and golden to provide a sturdy base and a pleasant crunch to your sandwich.
