Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  2. Prepare Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla, covering most of the surface but leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Add Toppings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on each tortilla. Top with slices of pepperoni (or diced ham), followed by chopped bell peppers and a sprinkle of dried oregano for added flavor.
  4. Roll and Slice: Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape, ensuring the fillings are snug inside. Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into approximately 1-inch thick rolls.
