Instructions

  2. Process the ingredients: Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes. Continue processing until the mixture breaks down and combines into a sticky, cohesive ball.
  3. Shape the bars: Transfer the sticky mixture into the prepared baking tin and press down firmly with your hands or a spatula to create an even surface and compact the mixture tightly.
  4. Chill the mixture: Place the baking tin in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow the bars to firm up and hold their shape.
  5. Cut and store: After chilling, carefully lift the set mixture out of the tin using the edges of the baking parchment. Cut into 12 evenly sized bars. Store the bars in the fridge to maintain freshness, and consume within about a week.
