Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooking rack on top to allow proper heat circulation and crisping of the prosciutto.
  2. Season Chicken: Season both sides of each chicken tender evenly with Italian seasoning to infuse flavor throughout the meat.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Place a half slice of mozzarella cheese on each chicken tender, then wrap each with one slice of prosciutto to encase the cheese and chicken completely. Arrange the wrapped tenders on the prepared baking rack.
  4. Bake Chicken: Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the prosciutto starts to crisp.
  5. Broil for Crispiness: Turn on the oven broiler and broil the chicken for 1 to 2 minutes until the prosciutto becomes beautifully crispy. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
