Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (full-fat recommended)

- Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cooked bacon, diced jalapenos, green onions if using, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is well blended and creamy.
- Assemble the egg rolls: Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Have a small bowl of water nearby for sealing. Place about 2 tablespoons of the prepared filling on the lower third of each wrapper. Roll the corner over the filling, then tuck in the sides tightly before continuing to roll.
